Call Critiquing Solution

The project involved integrating with phone systems at various car dealerships, providing tools to critique calls recorded and providing performance reports to dealership personnel. This eliminated manual processes that were previously needed to download calls from the call system, and provided a streamlined interface for call scoring and reporting.

OMS (Order Management System)

The project involved importing interior design components such as furniture, window treatment etc. for a building interior, and giving the users the ability to manage the delivery and installation of these components. The users can manage all their interior design projects, schedule work, track delivery of furniture and completion of the project, all in one streamlined interface.
